Gaining weight is such a nightmare, isn't it?
Well, it's not a matter about what people say about me. For me, it's more to how I feel about my body.
Gaining weight (or let's say, being fat) is kinda bothering. All clothes feel so stretch and tight. Body's kinda lazy to move and the worst thing is... you can't stop eating.
That's it.
All I can think about is: "GO DIET".
All I know about DIET is: "Eat-less."
Well, I love food. I love eating. Also such a nightmare to know that I have to make myself eat less food. It just made me eat more and more.
Then I know this #OCD (Obsessive Corbuzier's Diet), an ancient Chinese secret, and it really works.
You don't have to eat any nasty foods that don't have taste (or it's not your taste ^^) just to make yourself loose some weight.
I always found myself hungry after I woke up. But, after I applied this #OCD, no hungry feeling until I realized that day turned into night.
Aaaaand, less-sleepy! You're kinda being active through your lazy day. Really, this is rarely happened on me ^^
This #OCD is awesome, and worth to try!
No more torturing diet! Yeay :D
